I started in Real Estate in 1995. I am a Licensed Associate Broker, ABR and GRI. I am currently working on my CRS. I believe Ethics and Honesty are always first and followed by what the clients needs are. I am also a member of the ALC.
My skills at following the details and not giving up have served me well in this market where the "easy deals" are rare and far between.
I work in all areas of Residential Real Estate including: First time Buyers, Short Sales, Distressed Properties, Small Acreage and Horse Properties.
Having a small acreage and horses myself, I am one of the few agents that truly understands and checks zoning issues, water rights and all the other things that most agents will miss on small acreages.
I work with my husband, a retired Electrical Engineer of 35 years. He handles the extreme analytical clients and assists when I get busy. I also have a office assistant. Between the three of us, the clients are taken care of well.
